E nglewood, Colorado is a vibrant city located in Arapahoe County, less than 6 miles away from Denver. The abundant fruit orchards surrounding Englewood gave the area its name. Incorporated in 1903 it has always been known for its small town charm, excellent school system and healthy, high quality lifestyle. Englewood has become a great relocation option as it is in the midst of a manufacturing and technological boom.

Since this cities inception, it has been a city with a plan towards the future. With its close proximity to Denver, Englewood takes advantage of all the business generated around the area. The average household income for the city is $39,194, while the average house value is estimated at $184,000. These two numbers combined with a low unemployment rate, makes owning a house in Englewood a sound investment.

Englewood has a claim to some of the most delectable restaurants in the area. Overall, the schools rate very highly and provide an excellent educational opportunity for those who attend them. There are six community colleges in the area, plus seven more in a 16-mile radius.
